in Colne aforesaid containing by estimation 16a of land lying between the lord's meadow called
Halle Meddowe
of the one part and the common way leading from Colne aforesaid toward Tey of the other part as by the metes and bounds etc to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to
Antho Sparrowe
son of the foresaid

Agnes
and his heirs as in the leet with the court here holden on
friday next after the feast of st james the apostle in the 32Hen8 30.7.1540
more at large appears died since the last court of such estate seised and hereupon to this court came the foresaid
Antho Sparrowe
and craved to be admitted to the foresaid parcel of land by reason of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there was seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
