junior one of the lord's tenants in the presence of

likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one tenement with a garden adjoining called
Firman Tylers
lying in Colne aforesaid as etc to the use and behoof of
Eliz Clerke
singlewoman her heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and she giveth fine etc and made fealty
