deceased and before the wife of

deceased which held to him and his assigns during the term of his life of the lord as of this manor by the rod etc one tenement customary with the appurtenances called
Dynes
situate and lying over against the chapel of Blessed Mary the Virgin in the wall of the late Pryory of Colne aforesaid near a parcel of customary land there called
Lowfield
as by the metes and bounds etc to remain after the decease of the said
Joan
to one
Jn Garrard
the younger son of the foresaid
Rich
deceased and to the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain after his decease to
Nich Garrard
the other son of the foresaid
Rich
and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain after the decease of the foresaid

to the executors of the said
Nich Garrard
deceased to sell and the money thereof coming to be bestowed in works of charity for the soul of the foresaid

deceased and his parents and all the faithful deceased as in the leet with the court here holden on

deceased and craved to be admitted to the foresaid tenement by force of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and for default of such issue to remain as before etc and he giveth to the lord for fine etc and made fealty
