died since the last court of such estate seised and hereupon to this court came the foresaid

and craved to be admitted to the foresaid parcel of land with the appurtenances by reason of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod etc and for default of such issue to remain as before etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
