Rushmeddowe Xfine 12d it is found by the homage that Eliz Veer widow out of the court since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Barth Churche in stead of the bailiff in the presence of Hen Pullen and Jn Scydaie the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one piece of customary land with the appurtenances and one meadow customary with the appurtenances called Rushmeddowe containing in the whole about 15a or more etc to the use and behoof of Dorothy Veer singlewoman her daughter for term of three years next and immediately following after the death of the foresaid Eliz to remain after the said term of years to the use and behoof of Robt Veer son of the said Eliz and his heirs which Dorothy by Jn Warde her attorney came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of her attorney aforesaid to hold to her and her assigns during the said term of thr ee years aforesaid of the lord by the rod etc to remain after the said term ended and determined to the said Robt Veer and his heirs and assigns etc and giveth fine and made fealty
