more plainly appeareth the foresaid

died since the last court of such estate seised and hereupon to this court came the foresaid

and prayeth to be admitted to the foresaid two cottages and other the premises with the appurtenances by virtue of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found out by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
