and his heirs as in the leet with the first court of the honourable man
Jn de Veer
earl of Oxenford vicount Bulbecke and lord of Badlesmere there holden on
friday next after the feast of st james the apostle in the 32Hen8 30.7.1540
more at large appears the foresaid

died since the last court of such estate seised whereupon to this court came the foresaid
Wm Wade
the younger and craved to be admitted to the foresaid three crofts of land and other the premises with the appurtenances by force of the remainder aforesaid and because etc therefore etc to whom etc and her giveth fine etc and made fealty
