fine 4s the stable and cowhouse etc it is found by the homage that Geo Bieston who held jointly with Agnes his wife yet living to them and the heirs of the same Geo as of this manor by the rod by the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor one house called The Stable with the Cowhouse and one tenement builded with a garden parcel of the tenement sometime Robt Mathewe's and since Thos Princ's as the said Stable and Cowhouse with the garden adjoining are situate and lying between the tenement sometime Jn Bonjons otherwise Turnor and the tenement late Robt Lytman's of the one part and a parcel of land someti me parcel of Barecroft of the other part with a way late parcel of Barecroft leading to the said Barecroft with free ingress and egress to carry and drive etc as in the leet with court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 27.5.31Hen8 more at large appears died since the last court and before his death surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Robt Peerson one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Jn Ward and Jn Leffingwell likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing the reversion of all and singular the premises with the appurtenances when it shall happen by and after the death of the foresaid Agnes to the use and behoof of Geo Bieston his son according to the tenor force form and effect of the last will of the foresaid Geo the father who being present in the court Geo the son by Wm Fisher his lawful attorney in this behalf came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of his aforesaid attorney to hold to the foresaid Geo according to the tenor force form and effect of the last will of the foresaid Geo the father deceased when it shall happen by and after the death of the foresaid Agnes of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine as etc and made fealty
