fine 10s | to this court came Thos Spycer in his proper person and prayed to be admitted to the reversion of two parcels of customary land called Chewniesland containing 6a of land or more or less as they lie together when it shall happen by and after the death of one Joan Spycer widow and because it is so found by the homage that his claim is true therefore the lord by his steward granted seisin thereof to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and he is admitted the lord's tenant and afterwards to the same court here in the full court came the said Thos Spicer and surrendered into the lord's hands the remainder of the pr emises when it shall happen as is aforesaid to the use and behoof of Agnes Bieston her heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and she giveth fine and made fealty |
