fine 13s4d it is found by the homage that whereas at the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 31.5.4PhM one Roger Spycer surrendered into the lord's hands two parcels of customary land parcel of the customary land called Chewniesland containing by estimation 8a of land or more or less as etc to the use and behoof of Joan Spicer his wife for term of her life and the remainder thereof after her decease to one Thos Spicer his son and his heirs and assigns as by a copy here shown bearing date at the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 31.5.4PhM before recited more at large appears and now to this court came the foresaid Thos Spicer and prayed to be admitted to the reversion of the premises when it shall happen by and after the death of Joan Spicer the wife of the foresaid Roger and because it is so found by the homage therefore the lord by his steward granted seisin thereof to hold to him and his heirs in form aforesaid when it shall happen etc by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant whereupon to this same court came the foresaid Thos Spicer and surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward the foresaid lands and other the premises with appurtenances before expressed to the use and behoof of Jn Culverton his heirs and assigns who being present in court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom the lord by his steward granted seisin thereof to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc
