fine 13s4d it is found by the homage that whereas one Roger Spycer surrendered into the lord's hands one croft of land with appurtenances called Olivers Croft containing by estimation 2a of land or more or less etc to the use and behoof of the said Roger and Joan his wife and the longer liver of them to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to one Thos Spycer as in the leet with the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 31.5.4PhM more at large appears the same Roger and Joan died since the last court whereupon to this court came the foresaid Thos Spycer and prayed to be admitted to the remainder aforesaid to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
