fine 26sit is found by the homage that Jn Culverton that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc two parcels of customary land called Chewniesland containing by estimation 8a of land more or less as by the meets and bounds etc died since the last court and they say further that Thos Culverton is his son and next heir and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant thereof
