is his brother and next heir who being present in the court craved to be admitted to the reversion aforesaid to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and he giveth fine etc and is admitted the lord's tenant and his fealty is respited until etc
