fine 20sit is found by the homage that Greg Garrard that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor one messuage with appurtenances called Dynes as in a certain roll bearing date the tuesday in the week of pentecost 27.5.3Eliz1 more at large appears surrendered the foresaid messuage and other the premises into the lord's hands by the hands of Lewice Jegon the bailiff of this manor in the presence of Barth Churche and Robt Reade the lord's tenants the same witnessing to the use and behoof of Wm Booner his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and he giveth fine and made fealty
