fine 10sit is found by the homage that Thos Polley that held to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor one tenement with a curtilage adjoining and the appurtenances called Greenes Tenement in Colne aforesaid and one garden parcel of one tenement called Jakes lying between the tenement late Hen Pullen's called Campyons and the foresaid tenement called Jakes as by the meets and bounds etc as in a certain court roll bearing date 5.10.5Eliz1 more at large appears surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Lewice Jegon the bailiff of this manor in the presence of Barth Church and Robt Reade the lord's customary tenants the same witnessing the foresaid tenement and all other the premises with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Agnes Booner her heirs and assigns which Agnes being present here in court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod of the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and he (sic) giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
