fine 30s Boomes Messuage and rentery and gardenit is found by the homage that Ann Ennowes late the wife of Rich Ennowes and before the wife of one Robt Greene that held to her for term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc one messuage and rentery with a garden adjoining in Colne Street late Wm Brones alias Bromes and late Jn Beiston's the remainder thereof when it should happen by and after the death of the foresaid Ann to one Rich Greene son of the foresaid Robt Greene and Ann and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to Jn Greene another child of the foresaid Robt and for default of such issue to remain to the foresaid Ann and her heirs as at the leet with the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 4.6.1PhM more at large appears died so thereof seised and that the said Rich Greene alive is of the age of 21yrs and hath right to the premises with appurtenances according to the form and effect of the surrender aforesaid which Rich being here in court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of his body lawfully begotten and he giveth fine for such his estate thereon to be had as appears and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
