fine 10sit is found by the homage that Jn Archer that held to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc one croft of customary land with appurtenances called Olivers Croft containing by estimation 2a of land or more or less as in the roll of the court here holden on wednesday being 8.7.15Eliz1 more at large appears out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Parker in the presence of Wm Bunner the lord's customary tenant and other the same witnessing the foresaid croft of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Edm Clerke his heirs and assigns which Edm being present in court came and humbly craved to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the lord to have and to hold to the same Edm his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the fealty rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
