fine     18r parcel of Warkemans it is found by the homage that Jn Barret that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc one parcel of customary land containing by estimation 18r of land parcel of one croft called Warkemans one head abutting upon the garden called Sybbreds on the part of the east and the other head abutting upon a parcel of land called Sebbridgs on the south as etc as by copy of court roll here holden 1.6.10Eliz1 (sic) more plainly appears died since the last court and before his death lying upon his death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Churche instead of the bailiff in the presence of Barth Church and Thos Leffingwell the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing the aforesaid parcel of land with the appurtenances amongst other things to the use and behoof and for the performance of his last will and testament by the which he willed gave and legacied the foresaid parcel of land among other things as in the former entry verbatim
