fine     10a parcel of Lowfield it is found by the homage that Jn Barret that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc 10a of customary land with the appurtenances parcel of Lowfield as it is divided by one hedge and ditch from 6a of land parcel of the foresaid lands called Lowfield which 6a lie on the south side of the foresaid 10a as by copy of court roll here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 31.5.4PhM more at large appear died since the last court and before his death lying on his death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Church instead of the bailiff in the presence of Barth Church and Thos Leffingwell the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid 10a of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof and for the performance of his last will and testament by which he gave and legacied the premises amongst other things as in the former entry verbatim
