to this court came Jn Aylet one of the sons of Wm Aylet and acknowledged to hold to him and his heirs freely of the lord by deed etc by fealty and rent of 13s4d and suit at court divers lands now called Procknotts which the foresaid Jn bought of the foresaid Wm his father as he saith but because it seemeth that the foresaid purchase was made only to defraud the lord of a relief therefore we must take further advice of the same and in the mean season the said Jn made fealty
