fine 10s whereas at the last court here holden it was found by the homage that Albry Prior that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc one barn now a tenement with a garden adjoining with the appurtenances called Pannells as by the copy of court roll here holden 20.8.26Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and before the same last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Robt Rooks the lord's customary tenant and other the same witnessing the foresaid barn or tenement with the garden adjoining and the appurtenances to the intent that the lord being thereof so seised might regrant the same premises to the same Albry and Mary his wife and the heirs of the said Albry and Mary and because none came at the same last court to take the premises out of the lord's hands and to pay a reasonable fine for the same therefore the bailiff was charged to seize the premises into the lord's hands and answer the lord of the issues thereof etc now at this court came the foresaid Albry and Mary and humbly pray to be admitted to the premises and the lord being so thereof seised granted out of his hands the foresaid barn now being a tenement with the garden and the appurtenances to the foresaid Albry and Mary and by the lord there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to them their heirs and assigns etc and they give etc and made fealty etc and are admitted the lord's tenants
