fine 5sto this court came Wm Greene and Eliz his wife and the said Eliz being alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands one customary tenement with a garden adjoining with the appurtenances called Firmyntilers being in Colne aforesaid as etc to the use and behoof of the said Wm and Eliz for term of their lives and the longer liver of them to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to Lance Gylote and Eliz his wife one of the daughters of the said Wm and Eliz their heirs and assigns to which Wm Greene and Eliz his wife there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to them of the lord by the rod etc and they give fine and made fealty and are admitted the lord's tenants
