fine 12d | it is found by the homage that Thos Smythe out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Reade the bailiff in the presence of Thos Bridge and Jn Ward the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing all his title estate and interest in his part or parcel of one cottage or barn containing by estimation 10ft or more etc late parcel of the messuage of the said Thos Smythe called Morses and it lieth at the east end of the said messuage called Morses to the use and behoof of Rich Prentice his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
