item that Margt Orbell while she lived held of this manor for term of the natural life of the said Margt one tenement and 10a of land customary to the same belonging called Pakesgate as appeareth in the roll of the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 16.5.1Eliz1 and that the said Margt is dead and before her death surrendered into the lord's hands the said lands and tenements as appeareth in the roll of the court here holden 5.11.5Eliz1 to the use and behoof of Nich Parker and Agnes his wife and the heirs of the said Nich for and during the natural life of the said Margt and further that the said Nich Parker at the day of his death was seised of the said tenement and lands in his demesne as of fee by copy of court roll according to the custom of the manor and that Rich Parker is the son and heir of the said Nich whereupon because one Humph Brocke doth hold and occupy the said lands and claimeth to hold and occupy the same in the right of Agnes his wife during the life of the said Agnes therefore there is day given to the said Humph till the next court to show the court the evidences if he hath any whereby he should occupy and enjoy the said tenement and lands etc or otherwise etc
