item that Margery Barnard died since the last court and held of the lord as of this manor certain customary lands and tenements as appeareth by the roll of the court here holden 13.9.24Eliz1 wherefore there is proclamation made that the heirs of the said Margery or any other that hath any right to claim the foresaid lands and tenements be at the next court here to be holden to show their evidences and to claim their title and interest and to take the said lands and tenements by copy of court roll and to pay a fine and make fealty and to do the other services therefore due and of right accustomed etc or otherwise to seize the said lands into the lord's hands and answer the lord the profits thereof until etc
