tanner which two cottages are by measure in length 40ft as they lie at the east end of the foresaid chief messuage called

and the one head th ereof abutteth upon the said chief messuage toward the west and the other head upon a tenement and garden now in the tenure of

toward the east as they are divided from the said chief messuage at Colford Hill in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of
