(date uncertain) complainants Robt Greene of Earls Colne yeoman and Ann his wife say that Jn Hammond sometime of Little Badow in Essex yeoman father to Ann was seised in his demesne as of fee of and in several acres of land and pasture called     being and lying within the town and parish of Sandon in Essex and Jn Hammond so seised died by whose death the premises descended and by right ought to descend to Ann the only daughter and heiress of Jn so it is that one     Solme of Sandon yeoman by the only colour of having and keeping the evidence of the premises has of late wrongfully taken the premises after the decease of Jn Hammond and the same premises by the length of     years wrongfully kept from the orator and has by all the said time taken the revenues issues and profits of the premises being the yearly rent of 20s to his own use and the same has of late caused to be conveyed and made sundry feoffments conveying to sundry persons and to Wm Coppits uses and intents to the loss of Ann Grene forever whereof for as much as the consideration of this asks for writ of subpoena against him Soham
