three he hath heard the complainant Rose many times and from time to time complain of the hurt and prejudice that she hath received in her inheritance of and in her copyhold messuages lands and tenements holden of the said manors by reason she said of false entries made in the court rolls of the said manors and this deponent saith he hath heard the said complainant Rose very earnestly call upon the said defendant Rich Harlakenden to have the said false entries reformed and amended and the said Rich hath sundry times promised the said Rose in this deponent's hearing that the said false entries in the said court rolls should be (torn) but this deponent saith that he doth not remember that ever he heard the said Roger Harlakenden (torn)
