three he hath heard the said complainant Rose at divers and sundry times complain and say that she had received much prejudice and wrong in her inheritance of and in the said copyhold messuages lands tenements holden of the said manors by false entries made in the court rolls of the said manors and this deponent hath heard that the said now defendant Rich Harlakenden hath from time to time promised that the said false entries in the said court rolls should be amended but this deponent (torn) heard any conference to that purpose between the said complainant Rose and the said Roger and Rich Harlakenden or either of them nor more can materially say to the contents of this interrogatory
