to the second interrogatory this deponent saith that he knoweth both the manors of Earls Colne and Colne Priory and that he knoweth the lands and tenements now in question and hath well known them by the space of forty years and further this deponent saith that he knew the said Roger Harlakenden to be owner of the said manors and in his remembrance that Cuckoe was first owner of the lands in question and after him to his wife Rose complainant and to her heirs as appeareth by the will of her husband the truth whereof he refereth himself to the will but he was no witness to the said will
