to the third interrogatory this deponent saith that he hath heard the said Rose the complainant complain divers and sundry times of much wrong that she had received by the said Roger Harlakenden deceased late lord of the said manors of her inheritance and further the said deponent saith that he hath heard that there have been false entries made in the court rolls of one of the said manors and further this deponent saith that he had the custody of the writings of the said Rose the complainant and also this deponent saith that after speeches and conferences between this deponent and the defendant the said Rose did tell the said defendant " now you have gotten Naboath's vineyard " which was the 6a of wood the said Rose the complainant said to the defendant " now be you as good as your word to right the wrongs " that the father of the defendant had done her in his court rolls and the said defendant promised that he would and more to this interrogatory he deposeth not
