to the sixth interrogatory this deponent saith that there was a surrender in the said Roger Harlakenden's time of the lands parcel of the manor of the earldom of Colne parcel of the lands now in question made by Partridge and his wife to the use of the said Partridge and his heirs and at the same time there was a bond made by the said Partridge of 300li for reconveyance of the land back again at the next court and leet holden for that manor to the said Rose the complainant and her heirs which bond was delivered into the hands of the said Roger Harlakenden in trust by the said Rose the complainant and to this interrogatory further materially he cannot depose
