Edw earl of Oxford plaintiff against Roger Harlakenden esq and others defendants forasmuch as the right honourable the lord keeper of the great seal of England was this present day informed by mr Grant Harris being of the plaintiff's counsel that the said defendant hath in a very imperfect and insufficient answer to the plaintiff's bill of complaint it is therefore ordered by his lordship that the consideration of the said bill and answer be referred to mr D Lewen one of the masters of this court to the end that he may consider a report to this court whether the said answer be sufficient or not if not then such further order be taken in the causes to his lordship shall be thought mete
