five whether was there any request then made to Robt Ive Finnett Ive Eliachim Ive and Simon Ive or any of them to depart from thence and or to suffer Robt Read or any of the workmen and carriers of timber or labourers in peaceable manner to carry away the timber and whether did any of them or any other persons in their company refuse so to do and what answer did they or any or every of them make to such request
