to the twelfth says that Cooper was at the time of the outcry made by Mary in the millhouse with him Diglett the said Cooper having then a pitchfork in his hand as he thinks and the dogs being in the mill at the same time says that Cooper was then there by the appointment of him Diglett and that he was then there by virtue of the old and new lease mentioned having then in the mill a bill and one other pitchfork as before is showed says that Anderson named in the interrogatory was not in the millhouse at that time as in the interrogatory but says that one Jn Smith and Wm Clarke were in the millhouse at the time of the outcry mentioned not having then any weapon or weapons about them either of them nor had any business or right to be there at that time to the knowledge or understanding of him more he cannot say
