to the twenty second neither he nor to his knowledge any other person did suborn or procure Jn Cooper and Sam Diglett or either of them to give false evidence to the jury empanelled and sworn at Halsted in Essex for the finding of a forcible entry and detainer by force of the mill and of a riot said to be committed at Earls Colne on 17.5. and 18.5.last by Wm Edes Mary his wife Jn Sillitoe Dan Rand Robt Peartree and Wm Strutte as is supposed neither does he know whether the evidence given by either of them to the jury was true or not whether the jury did then find the riot on the evidence of Diglett and Cooper Thos Anderson
