complainant says that he maintains his bill and for the value of the hop grounds now in controversy that he shall be very well able to prove to this court that Wm Stammer mentioned in the bill deceased demised to Math Everard one of the defendants and Math Everard in the 3years received of the profits of the hop ground all charges deducted at the least of the value of 300li which unjustly they detained without any account to the complainant without that this complainant did at any time break open any chest and took out of the same any bonds writings release or any other evidence whatsoever belonging to Wm Stammer or Math Everard as in answer slanderously alleged and without that ever this complainant did make any release of all his rights interest in the hopground to Wm Stammer whereby he extinguished his right therein as in answer untruly is alleged without that any other thing in the answer is true etc
