late of Earls Colne aforesaid weaver deceased and in full performance and discharge of one obligation of the sum of 100li made by me the said

to the said

deceased have given granted bargained sold released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do fully clearly and absolutely grant give bargain and sell release and confirm the said

butcher and his heirs all that tenement or rentary with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid being freehold which I lately had of the bargain sale gift grant and deed of confirmation of the said

deceased my father in law to have and to hold the said tenement or rentary with appurtenances to the said
Thos Turner
butcher and his heirs to the only proper use and behoof of the said
Thos Turner
butcher his heirs and assigns forever absolutely without any condition trust or revocation and I the said

and my heirs the aforesaid tenement or rentary with appurtenances to the said

butcher and his heirs to the uses abovesaid against me and my heirs will warrant and defend for ever by these presents in witness whereof I have here unto put my hand and seal
