final agreement in the court of the king at Westminster in eight days of st hilary in 22Geo2 etc before Jn Willis Thos Abney Thos Burnet and Thos Birch justices etc between Jeremiah Brock plaintiff and Joseph Wilkin and Margt his wife Sam Wilkin and Mary his wife and Wm Towle and Eliz his wife deforciants of one messuage one barn two curtilages one garden one orchard 20a of land 6a of meadow and 16a of pasture 35a of wood with appurtenances in Stambourne Redgewell and Earls Colne whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the same court that is to say that the aforesaid Joseph and Margt Sam and Mary and Wm and Eliz have acknowledged the aforesaid tenement with appurtenances to be the right of him the said Jeremiah as those which the said Jeremiah hath of the gift of the aforesaid Joseph and Margt Sam and Mary and Wm and Eliz and those they have remised and quitclaimed from them the said Jos and Margt etc and their heirs to the aforesaid Jeremiah and his heirs forever and moreover the said Jos and Margt granted for them and the heirs of the said Jos that they will warrant to the aforesaid Jeremiah his heirs the aforesaid tenements against the said Jos and Margt forever and further the said Sam and Mary have granted for them and the heirs of the said Mary that they will (same for rest all quitclaim) and for this the said Jeremiah hath given them all 100li
