this is a final concordat made at the court of common bench at Westminster on the fifteenth day of easter 1651 before Oliver StJohn Jn Pulistow Peter Warburton and Edw Atkins justices and other truly present between Geo Cressener gentleman and Thos Harlakenden gentleman and Alice his wife Jn Chaplyn and Susanna his wife and Robt Crowe deforciants of 16a of meadow and 7a of pasture with appurtenances in Earls Colne whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the same that is to say the aforesaid Thos Alice Jn and Susan and Robt acknowledged the aforesaid tenement with appurtenances to be the right of him the said Geo as those which the same Geo was given by Thos Alice Jn and Susan and Robt the premises and grant gift and right from Thos and Alice Jn and Susan and Robt and their heirs to the aforesaid Geo and his heirs forever and the aforesaid same Thos and Alice concede for themselves and the heirs of Thos will warrant to the aforesaid Geo and his heirs the aforesaid tenement with appurtenances the aforesaid Thos and Alice and the heirs of Thos have covenanted the rights forever and also the same Jn and Susan and the heirs of Jn concede and will warrant the right to the aforesaid Geo and his heirs the aforesaid tenement with the appurtenances and the aforesaid Jn and Susan and the heirs of Jn covenant the rights forever and also the same Robt concedes and his heirs will warrant it to the aforesaid Geo and his heirs the aforesaid tenement with appurtenances and the aforesaid Robt and his heirs will covenant all forever and for that prerogative possession grant warrant fine and concordat the same Geo has given the aforesaid Thos and Alice Jn and Susan and Robt 60li sterling
