Colne Priory an account within the time of this accountant of all those tenths first of the farm of the manor of Crepping viz for this time nothing and that the said manor with all apps were granted to master Humph Wingfield his heirs and assigns forever by letters patent of the lord king and to his heirs and assigns forever and of the tenth part of the said manor to the lord king and all the lands and possessions late of the monastery of Campesse in the county     shown in certain letters patent in the accounts of the ministers for this year and of 6s8d received of Jn Wiseman for a certain annual rent for the tenth of his tenement and certain lands meadows and pastures with apps called Monckes in the town of Roding Eythrope and all the tenths of the manor house of Langbourne within the parish of Beauchamp Roding by letters patent of the lord king in charity and kinship to Chas Duke of Suffolk his heirs and assigns forever the said tenement lands meadows and pastures with apps called Monkes in Eythrop Roding and the aforesaid tenths of the parish of Beauchamp Roding given and conceded alienated and sold by writing confirmed to Jn Wiseman his heirs and assigns forever and that the said Jn Wiseman and his heirs hold it by all rents and services formerly owed and by right accustomed as shown by the said letters patent to the said Jn Wiseman shown in the accounts of the minister this year the lands and possessions of the said late Priory of Colne viz in one annual rent or tenth and all and singular the premises for one year to finish at the feast of michaelmas in the time of this account paid at 6s8d reserved to the lord king as shown in the letters patent 48s9d of Wm Rychard farmer of the water mill of Boreflete from the revenues of the farm for this year as shown in the account of the said farmer 20li of Jn Shete the farmer of the rectory of Edwardstone for this year as shown by the account of the farmer for this year upon this account examined and plainly appears and 66li by Jn Vere knight earl of Oxford for certain annual rents known as tenths for the site of the late Priory or monastery of Colne and all and singular mansion houses lands tenements and other possessions and hereditaments temporal or spiritual to the Priory belonging as shown in letters patent of the lord king to Jn Vere knight late earl of Oxford now deceased and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and to be procreated of the lord king his heirs and assigns forever to be paid to the king at the feast of michaelmas within the time of this account one whole rent as shown in letters patent in the account of 29Hen8 sum 88li15s5d
