(in latin) 8.10.1572 before mr Jn Hamond vicar general who charged mr Wm Blackwell notary public to take the case appeared in person Rich Mallorye one of the executors of the testament or last will of the said Jn Mallory deceased and from certain causes of special hardship in executing this troublesome testament wholly and clearly resigns which resignation (torn) is accepted and allowed etc then the renounced testament made over to the daughter of the deceased
