carrier being sick in body and whole in mind thanks be unto almighty god do ordain and make this my present testament and last will in manner and form following that is to say I give my soul into the hands of almighty god my creator and to his son jesus christ his only son my redeemer trusting through his death and passion to receive pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and also I will my body to be buried in christian burial in the parish churchyard of Colne aforesaid item I give unto the poor people of Colne Engaine aforesaid 5s and unto four persons to carry me to church 2s and unto the ringers at my burial 2s item I give and bequeath unto
