of Earls Colne in the county of Essex being of a good and perfect memory thanks be unto god do make and ordain this my last will and testament in writing in manner and form following that is to say first I bequeath my soul unto jesus christ my only saviour and redeemer and my body to be buried in the parish churchyard of Earls Colne aforesaid imprimis I give and bequeath to
