Wm Wade
of Earls Colne in the county of Essex and in the diocese of London yeoman being sick in body but of good and perfect remembrance thanks be to almighty god do ordain and make this my last will and testament disannulling all other former wills by me before this time made in manner and form following first I bequeath my soul into the hands of almighty god the father the son and the holy ghost in whom by whom and through whom I believe and trust to be saved and my body I commit to the earth and to be buried in the parish churchyard of Earls Colne aforesaid by the discretion of mine executors item I do give and bequeath unto
Edw Wade
my son the sum of 5marks of good and lawful money of England to be paid unto him by my son

my son out of my land called by the name of
Bomes
in manner and form following that is to say 16s8d within one year next after my decease and so every year immediately following the like sum of 16s8d for the term of four years until the said sum of 5marks be fully satisfied and paid item I do will and bequeath unto

my daughter 20s of good and lawful money of England to be paid unto her by my son

within one year next after my decease item I do give unto

my eldest son whom I do make my sole and only executor to this my testament containing my last will to see my debts paid and my legacies performed with my body to be decently brought in earth in witness whereof I have herein to set my hand and seal the day and year above written
provided that my son

until the feast of michaelmas next after my decease with free ingress egress and regress in to the same(inserted)
