of Colne Wake in the county of Essex and diocese of London blacksmith being in my good and perfect remembrance thanks be unto almighty god therefore do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following first and principally I commit my soul into the hands of almighty god my creator redeemer and sanctifier and my body to the earth to be decently buried according to my degree item I do give unto
