Emm Dennis 15.9.1806 on death of her father Wm Townsend to a messuage and curtilage called Sonningwells and also to a tenement called Tabers adjoining Sonningwells

Free deed of the Earldom rent 2s8d Emm Dennis 15.9.1806 also came into possession of the curtilage parcel of Bearcroft (used as a garden or orchard with the above messuage) holden by free deed of the Earldom

Wm Townsend was admitted to these premises on surrender of Joshua Nunn 30.8.1803 . Joshua Nunn was admitted to the two copyhold tenements on the death of his mother Martha 1.12.1800 and at same court acknowledged free tenure of this curtilage on death of his father Francis Nunn . It does not appear that Wm Townsend or his daughter Emm have acknowledged tenure on the rolls but they have paid regularly the free rent of 2s8d

No. 397 (397) Commutation map 3r34p called The Gravel Pit (parcel of Bearcroft ) These are extensive premises on the south side of Church Street. Stabling has lately been added and the whole let with other land to Thos Holden a horsedealer and publican. One tenement with large yard is occupied by     Surrey a wheelwright who is undertenant to T. Holden . The free tenure was acknowledged by Francis and Joshua Nunn and on tracing the title I find it was acknowledged by Robt and Margt Potter in 1636 and there called on the rolls an acre parcel of Bearcroft
