By Terrier of 1598 Rich Wade fo. 111 - is only 7a31p - and Moorlands fo. 112 only 26a38p. The boundary lines correspond very accurately and I should therefore adhere to the recent admeasurements. The rolls speak of Wades as 10a and Moorlands as 40a by estimation. Title to Wades traced no. 40. To Moorlands no. 16. The latter speaks of Moorlands as "upwards of 30a" - Wades sometime called Burtons
