Jn Walker surrender of Thos Jones 2.4.1822 - to a small portion of copyhold premises called The Blue Boar - adjoining the freehold premises called Brettings - Held in trust by the above parties under the marriage settlement of his wife Jane Caroline ( Carwardine ) - The dimensions are not given on the rolls - but it is about 20p and surrendered on the understanding that mr Walker was to build a wall in a straight line between the premises which was accordingly done
