Wm Long of Earls Colne maltster acknowledgeth himself to be indebted to the king etc in the sum of 20li to be levied on his goods and chattels lands and tenements to the use of the king if default be made in the condition underwritten the condition is such that if the said Wm Long doth appear at the next general quarter sessions to be holden for the said county to answer such bill or bills of indictment as shall be preferred against him touching the taking and carrying away one fishing net the property of Jn Wale esq and not depart the court without leave then this obligation be void taken and acknowledged 5.5.1746 Robt Tweed
